By engaging SXM Media LLC for any digital marketing service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
SXM Media LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to online presence management, content creation, campaign management, and analytics reporting. The scope of services is defined in the plan or agreement selected by the client.
3. Payment Terms
All plans are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. SXM Media LLC reserves the right to suspend services if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
4. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and materials created by SXM Media LLC remain the intellectual property of SXM Media LLC until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered materials.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary access to accounts or platforms required to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
SXM Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SXM Media LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
9. Changes to Terms
SXM Media LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or through the website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
